I did a full time volunteer job in the UK just recently for a year as a Support Worker in a care homes. I learned on how to provide care of the elderly people especially with dementia. I attended healthcare training to ensure the proper handling for the elderly people. For more than 7 years, I worked in a call center industry as a Technical Support Representative by providing customer and technical support via email ,chat, voice .
