 Submit to the Company Baseline Schedule Lev 4, for review and approved.

Implement into the schedule all Company’s comments.

 Identifying the un-spelled items in the original BOQ and preparation of the extra work

 Monitor the progress and together with construction superintendents find the solution to recovery the delay if necessary

 Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.

 Preparation of other planning related documents (like Engineering Matrix, Manpower histogram, Progress S Curve, Weekly Progress Report (WPR), Monthly Progress Report (MPR) etc.,

 Advise Project Manager of progress slippages to activities for corrective action to be taken.

Initiate correspondence and maintain records for the delays / holds / site instructions / natural calamities / delays in site inspection etc., which may have impact on the Project commencement, EOT and Completion dates.

 Recording works additional to the original requirements and all variations and revisions which must be incorporated in the site plan and informing the appropriate staff and departments of any changes to their workload and any alterations to the targets previously set.

 Prepare 15/30 day `look ahead’ program.
