Alstom Transport, £650m NET2 Tram project, Nottingham
-Co-ordinating the construction of the new 24km tram linking Beeston and Clifford to Nottingham centre.
-Developed Implementation plans and programming for track construction.
-Managing the construction and installation of the tram rails, overhead power lines and overhead line equipment.
-Co-ordinating the interface between track construction and civil construction on all three Major structures on line three at Nottingham Station, QMC and Lenton Lane Bridge.
-Working closely with the designers to overcome all issues on site to prevent further delays to programme.
-Organising and Chairing interface meetings between the civil construction and rail construction.
-Programmed works, Micro-managed Track construction allocating plant, materials and labour to each site.
