• Responsible for creating a plan to enhance the Royal Saudi Arabian Air Force ( RSAF) on its’ project management capabilities. To achieve this goal, I carried out the following activities:

o Conducted an assessment of the current RSAF project management processes, procedures, tools, and the skill level of the resources and compared it against industry standards, identified the gaps, and briefed the RSAF on the findings.

o Developed a plan to streamline the project management processes and procedures, enhance the project management tools, and improve the skill level of the project management personnel.

o Ensured appropriate Project Management tools are available or recommend procurement of appropriate tools if the current tools are not adequate.

o Developed a detailed plan to enhance project management skills of the RSAF project management personnel. The plans primarily consisted of training for the RSAF assigned personnel. o Developed a mechanism to evaluate and assist the Project Management Personal to solidify their skills.

Responsible for the fielding of over $16 million worth of hardware and the deployment of an excess of 35 individual engineers, technicians and logistic personnel. Monitors and reports direct to the US Government COR within country on project status, milestones, and accomplishments. Maintains P&L of services and materials employed for mission success. Coordinates and/or approves local operating and personnel actions, policies and procedures within the generalized framework of overall corporate guidelines.
