Correlate all the required Speciation/ Procedures & Codes / Standards applicable to the Project.
Monitor / Maintain records of Calibration of all the Inspection Tools & Measuring Instruments.
Monitoring / Maintain Log & Storage Conditions of Coating / Painting Consumables as per the Project Specification.
Carry out PQT prior to production as per required the Project Specification.
Carry out Training & Qualification of Blaster & Applicator Personnel as per the Project Specification.

Witness Destructive and Non Destructive Test.
Ensure that weather conditions (viz. Relative Humidity and Dew Point) are suitable for surface preparation and paint application.
Inspection of Blasting & Painting Activities in the Firing Line and fabrication shop.
Ensure that the surface cleanliness and surface profile of blast-cleaned surface are in accordance with the specification requirements.
Ensuring Painting / Sleeve application activities carried out to the company’s standards and specifications.

Identify quality problems and follow up non-conformity and recommend corrective and preventive actions on a continual basis.
