To control over the Production department activities – Body shop, Frame shop & Variants with full direction for achievements and to develop specific procedures for the proper execution of work.
To have direct supervision & control over assistants in order to carry more detailed assignments. and undertake responsibilities to develop and to improve various techniques and procedures.
To review continuously the division performance, with particular emphasis on its profit and Loss position. and to develop, productive, manufacture, price and produce the product line assigned to the division.
To manage the different departmental functions i.e., Body shop, Frame shop, Bus body, Bus trim &Variants in order to execute the targeted monthly planned production.
Able & direct control over a team of Engineers & Supervisors in line with good coordination with other departments like production planning, Parts Inspection & Quality control We used to produce 250 – 300 Trucks & Variants /month.
Directly reporting to Plant manager to manage the day to day production activities for the planned monthly targets with having direct supervision & control over different departments like, Frame shop / Body shop & Variants.
In general, to co-ordinate with other departments like Parts Inspection, Production Planning & control, Stores etc for the day-to-day requirements of parts for the assemblies to achieve the planned production targets.

• Vicon Ltd – Registered Agricultural Farm machinery’s & Implements Manufacturing unit at Bangalore – India under the technical collaboration of Holland Company, to produce the Vicon trade Machineries – Combine Harvesters-VH 600,800 &900, Stationery Threshers-St 45& 70, Power harrows-7ft & 8 ft, Grass Movers-3.33feet & 6feet, Disc ploughs: Two & three furrow at India. Besides, executed sub contract Fabrication Project orders for the Factory Operation, Development and Profitability to reputed companies like BEML, AEG N.G.E.F, ASEA, ASHOK LEYLAND in and around d Bangalore – India, as such;
For Ashok Leyland Company: Fabricate all pressed sub-assembly components required for the Chassis manufacturing, design modification and development for ALRD 20 cabin, Hippo cabin Bodies & Assembly of Tipper bodies for regular supply
For AEG-NGEF Company: Develop different types of electrical panel Bus bar ducts with standard fixtures for mass production supply & installation work.
For ASEA Ltd. Company: Produce Weigh feeder Machines from development stage up to the final product completion.
For BEML-KGF Company: Produce all sub assemblies in related with sheet metal / heavy fabrication & machining work required for the earth moving machines like Dozers, Excavators-main assemblies.
To manage the entire Production department activities depends on the nature of production system: mass production, process production or batch production for the effective control over different department – Machine shop, Fabrication & Assembly, Painting shop & Tool room with R&D facility operations.
To involve with both pre – production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage in order to deal with concern work teams in order to have effective control over manufacturing process.
To execute various sub-contract project orders includes sheet metal, heavy fabrication /machining in nature with Tools, Jigs & fixtures designed and developed under our own infra structure facility.
To involve in Product design and purchasing with the assistance of concern planner, controller, production engineers & production supervisors assigned for the said project.

During 1988-89, with my inspiration, the company undertook a sub-contract assignment- project work to manufacture the defense sub assemblies for KMT Plough Machinery’s sub-assemblies for BEML-KGF Company valued up to 5 million. It was completely executed under my control of supervision from development stage to streamline of production level up to delivery with the accepted Quality standards.

To follow up with the material department for the production requirement of steel plates, rods, pipes, beams, channels, angles, etc.
To plan the cutting layouts and to write the job cards for different working process like gas cutting/machining operations shearing, rolling, bending, machining, etc in lieu with the planning charts.
To explain technical details in regards to specification, drawing clarification and assembly procedures for the stage wise activities.
To supervise the stage wise sub assemblies for completion and coordination with quality department for Inspection & approval.
To release sub orders to different sub contractors in respect to the main assembly requirements and to arrange all the finished products by assembly wise and advising the dispatches to the different site erection requirements.
