Erection and Commissioning

Description of duties/responsibilities performed at site.

 Installation and Commissioning of SAS system.

 Implementation of Cable trays, Junction box, cable laying as per the design layouts.

 Supervision of Installation, Termination & Commissioning of instruments with respect to SAS like temp. sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters, ON-OFF valves, control valves etc.

 Loop checking from Field – Junction Box – SAS panels.

 Control loop checking & reviewing with respect to P&ID for control system with DCS/ESD panel and checking the interlocking and trip logics of the process plant.

 Interact with Client and Vendor representatives to ensure the progress of project in accordance with schedule & allocated man-hours. Coordinate with project and planning departments on schedule related issues.

 Commissioning of motors and MCC feeders w.r.t. SAS

 Resolve issues related to Hook-ups, JB, E&I Interface, Cable schedule, Terminations diagrams etc.

 Clarifying Engineering queries from Client & Contractor

 Participate in project and other related review meetings as well as department meetings on commissioning, technical, start-up along with client and vendors.

 Issue document markups for engineering modifications done at site.
