Key Achievements:

• Source venue availability based on the event specifications. Provide preliminary rate and availability grids, and preliminary program budgets as required to assist the event contact in making a final decision on venue within required timeframe.

• Qualify venue offers to high standard of attention to detail to ensure they meet client requirements.

• Identify savings opportunities and negotiate with hotels and other suppliers.

• Negotiate both legal and business contract terms in accordance with client requirements, using a client-specific contract addendum.

• Ensure proper compilation, execution and retention of all contracts.

• Utilise and complete all necessary data entry within client’s preferred technology solution.

• Manage deadlines for expiry dates on venue offers, contract signature and, if required, attrition dates.
