Electrical Systems:

• Co-ordination for Electrical Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Low Voltage / Medium Voltage Motors, LV/MV Switchgear (PCC & MCC), VFD, Protective relay settings, Battery chargers, UPS, HVAC, LV/MV Cable System (Cable routing, laying and termination), lighting and Grounding includes generator rotor and stator’s tests.

• Engage in Electrical installation of HV/MV Transformers (up to 422 MVA), Generators, Generator circuit breakers, Isolated Phase Bus and Gas stations in accordance to assist in updating standards (IEC, VDE-DIN, IEEE & NEC) and procedures.

Instrumentation and Control Systems:

• Supervise the GT & ST’s Instruments loop checks (PT, TT, Flame Scanner and Vibration Sensors), Valves, Inlet Guide Vane, Variable Guide Vanes, Transmitters, actuators and knowledge in operation of DCS.

Project Management:

• Assisting the assigned project manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical and administrative functions of the project with accurate & timely reporting.

• Coordinate, direct and manage the project teams at jobsite, communication, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to interface with division and customer management, and professional and technical personnel to achieve a group objective

• Customer-oriented behavior and appropriate determination of solutions with the self-confidence to act independently as the company representative at a remote site.

• QA/QC documentation (ITP, ECC, TOP and NCR), LOP, Carried out joint inspections along with the client representatives on site work based on RFI, clearing punch points and PCM implementation.

• Implementing FAT/SAT, Preparing method statements, Strong writing skills to prepare accurate reports for internal and external (customer)

Overall Skills:

• Coordination for the installation, commissioning, repair, fault finding, troubleshooting and malfunction analysis of Gas and Steam turbine includes Auxiliary equipment’s (Lube oil, Control oil, Water injection, Fuel oil and Air intake)

• Technical support to the design, unit shut-down and start-up, Mechanical installation and commissioning, HV switching, SFC/SEE, Generator Protection Relay.

Safety:

• Ensuring full compliance with Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) and assist in Incident investigations as requested.
