1) Electro Automates Lahore
[From 03 May.2011 to 30 December 2011]

(Worked as a trainee automation & control engineer)

Erection, Installation, Electrical & Instrumentation System Up gradation of Printing Plant at Tariq Tiles Ltd, Sheikhpura.

Upgrade relay based control system with PLC based control system comprising of 300 I/Os in a record time of four months. The project included construction of new control room, laying of new cables, preparation of I/O Chart, development of ladder logic, development of HMI, Field instruments wiring, tagging and termination, development of all necessary documentation and drawings. Listing of all necessary spares and ordering. Development of trouble shooting and preventive maintenance documents. Development of HMI.

2) Masco Energy Services Lahore.
[From 01 Jan.2012 to 30 November 2012]

Worked as an assistant electrical engineer.

I was engaged with the implementation of maintenance methodologies including preventive, Predictive etc. I worked on Gas & Diesel Gensets control system, PLCS, MV Switchgears, and Motors etc.

Development of trouble shooting and preventive maintenance documents. Monitoring of Load balancing. Fault troubleshooting in switch yard 33KV/11KV, control panels, relay panels. During my period I was engaged with the installation & commissioning team for 8 weeks to install 2 new Gensets and installation of motors dampers & control systems of W.H.R.B lightning system designing at (Masco spinning Mills).

3)MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING SOLUTION.
