  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties that contact  Customer services
  • Provide information on Register amendments (COA, Mandates, Transfers etc.)
  • Provide information on Distribution payments
  • Provide information on general Registration enquiries
  • Field calls and pass onto relevant sections/person where applicable
