Agricultural Engineer, Postgraduate in marketing, processing and seeds production, with more than 5 years experience in seed production business (Flowers and Vegetables). Experience: production, administration, negotiation, logistics, planning, organization and agricultural management, greenhouses and open field crops.

WORK HISTORY

March 2009-September 2014
SONE SA.
Starting in March 2009 in charge of Breeding Station in Llay-llay, Chile. Project development with Syngenta Flowers in seeds breeding in Cyclamen, Verbena, Gerbera, Primula, Lavandula, Hellianthus, and other F1 and OP crops of seed and cuttings origin.

(Training in Breeding station Syngenta in Holland). Greenhouse facilities and field experience. Responsible of follow more than 20 different projects and crops.

Position of Crop Manager in Sone begins in November 2009 to May 2012. Responsible of flower OP and F1 crops in the company, production, communication with clients, negotiation and shipment of the order on time and with the correct quality. In charge of over 300 temporary employees and 30 fix.

Production Manager begins in May 2012 until September 2014. In charge and responsible for the quality seeds and managing flower and vegetable seed production, and some new crops that were developed in the company.

Direct communication with the customers, commercial relations and technical support in seed production, management of the total business, contracts of temporary and fixed people with over 1.000 temporary employees in three locations in Chile: Hijuelas, Llay-llay and Valdivia.
