02/14 – 10/14 Senior Project Engineer (Facilities Engineering) – AMEC

Accountable for the delivery of the FEED Gas Deficiency Project and additional minor modifications for the Voyageur FPSO in the Huntington Field and AMEC Interface for Teekay and EON. Exploring a Nitrogen Gas Lift Option for Well Kick Of Tests, currently co-ordinating the Field Trial Report, compiling the Detail Design CTR’s, Technical Bid Evaluation of Vendor Packages, and, proposing realistic schedule to ensure the safe interfacing of additional equipment into the Hydro Carbon Compression Trains and Gas Lift System. Accountable for the Management of Change and control of Project Variations. Accountable for the FEED & Detail Design CTR catalogue, Scope of Work, Work Order and plan compilation of multi disciplined projects for Tullow FPSO Kwame Nkrumah. 06/13 – 01/14 Senior Interface Engineer (Subsea) – Petrofac Mexixo

Contribute to the development and design of the Interface Management System, including the Web Based interactive IMS, IMS Procedures, Implementation of the IMP, Control of the Interface Responsibility Matrix, Interface Block Diagrams Interface and overall Interface Strategy for the Deep Water Lakach Subsea and Land Tieback Project. Presently accountable for all the Project Interfacing requirements for both Subsea and the Land Based Arrival Plant workscopes. Monitor internal and external interface issues between contractors and client to ensure that all technical information is formally controlled via the IMS, and misalignments are expedited to formal resolution and closed out. Review of all the Subsea Production Systems documentation to ensure compliance with Operator Scope of Work. Assist with the TBE of the Contractors submitted bids, ensuring that all clarifications are captured and addressed prior to PO placement.

Accountable for the delivery of sub projects within the overall ALQ in compliance with Nexen standards.

Management of the EPC Contractors / Sub Vendors to ensure that the technical, commercial and scheduling requirements of the Water Unit project are aligned with the Project and Operational objectives. Ensure Project interfaces are maintained and issues are formally documented and resolved. Project management of the new Water Unit from FEED through to close out, including the co-ordination and administration of the ITT, TBE, detail design, manufacture, commissioning and System Handover phases. Expediting of TQ’s to resolution, including formal deviation / concession approval.

ICSS System upgrades for additional ALQ facility incorporating significant changes to the PSD, PCS and F & G Systems. Management of Interfaces between Project Team, Operations, Shut Down Team, EPC and ICSS Vendor. Ensure overall project plan and strategy is fully integrated into the overall installation plan to ensure transition to upgraded system minimises production down time during commissioning and system hand over.

Mechanical Handling project to ensure that Turbine IRM can be implemented with minimal operational down time by integrating new lifting equipment into Additional ALQ structure, method statements, lift plans etc. Set up and maintain Project Interfacing requirements to ensure that Operations, EPC, Vendors and Offshore Construction plans are aligned to ensure seamless transition between previous and updated turbine IRM procedure. Significant levels of Vendor and Sub Vendor management and interfacing to resolve TQ’s and ensure that all As Built information is documented as ALQ installation progresses.

Shut Down Electrical Switchboard Modifications for Lighting, Small Power and Utilities for additional accommodation quarters encompassing the management of EPC and Sub Vendors and interfacing with Operations and Shut Down Team to ensure activity is planned in accordance with the overall Shut Down Integrated Plan.

06/11 – 03/12 Senior Project Engineer – Wood Group PSN

Project management for the execution of multi disciplined (E & I, Piping, and Structural) Projects and the Fabric Maintenance for the BP Magnus platform and Shell Brent Alpha Bypass to the appropriate company standards (DNV). Extensively client and internal interfacing role with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure a number of work scopes are clearly defined and work scope boundaries put in place.
