Industrial “SPCE” in Schneider Factory

After 3 weeks of training programme, I had started working in Schneider factory which is located in TOSB Kocaeli. As my first task, I launched the new Maximo system for the recently established factory. This system is used by ISS, to provide better facility services  around the world. Moreover progress reports, KPI reports, invoicing and OEE reports were prepared in weekly/monthly based. I was leading a team of 26 blue-collar workers who were responsible for the maintenance of the current production machines inside the factory.

Hot Rolling Mill Production Engineer

As a production engineer, hot rolling mill’s production schedules and personnel based scheduling were prepared daily basis. I was also responsible for the coordination of resident supervisors from overseas companies like Italian NCO. In addition new investment plans were envisaged and presented to the executive management. In certain periods I had flexible working hours in order to control and coordinate the production workers whom were working according to production schedule shifts.

Farplas is the leader in Turkish plastic injected automotive parts supplier market which works with all of the automotive OEM s that has production in Turkey.

As a Farplas sales and marketing engineer the projects I lead were;

Hyundai: I10 (2014), Old I20 (2012) and New I20 (2015)

Honda: Civic (2012), City (2015)

Fiat: Doblo USA (2015)

My work scope is leading the projects team by managing the new project implementation process. Controlling & Coordinating & Fallow-up of APQP / PPAP / ISIR system and documentations. Take part/lead in providing technical solutions for the customer with the customer respecting scope, timeline and costs.

I also had been to Korea and stayed for 45 days to coordinate the design team and follow up the ongoing projects with the Hyundai Motors Company members and Farplas Korea team.

With my leading Hyundai projects, Hyundai has become the second biggest customer of Farplas in terms of yearly turnover.
