Connect Camp is designed for engaging young people who are considered vulnerable or at risk in a variety of ways. We spend four days participating in activities such as flying fox, canoeing, arts and crafts etc. As a team leader my role is to ensure that the children have fun, act their age and make friends. I am required to follow work place policies and procedure and given appropriate training for conflict resolution and handling delicate situations with vulnerable children.

Reach out is an organisation based in Peru, South America, my role was working side by side with local villagers and other volunteers in building a playground for the children in the village who had never seen one before.
