I possess over 10 years of Customer Experience with providing excellent customer service delivery and administrative support and about 5years of Volunteering as a Care Giver. I worked as a Customer Service Representative with Zain and Airtel Nigeria, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, increased customer retention and satisfaction. I have also worked in the capacity of Admin Officer in the various offices where I handled office operations, coordinated events, prepared reports of minutes of meetings, responded to mails, among others. As a volunteered care giver, I have supported Family and Friends that are elderly with physical disabilities by supporting them physically and emotionally and provided companionship. I am very passionate about assisting people thereby making a positive impact in their lives as they go through their challenges.
