Determine and execute the business plan and marketing strategy with the support of my Swiss team and mother company SBB
 Deployment and implementation of a dedicated sales strategy for each market within Switzerland /Europe and adapted to each regional specificity in the French and German speaking part of Switzerland (Röschtigraben and Swiss business practices)
 Gaining new market shares by building a Swiss made strategy that suits to the local habits
 Enhancing our visibility by targeting value added communication tools with high penetration rates engraved in the local environment (local and national TV and Radio, full tram branding in Zurich, local and national newspapers, renowned festivals, cultural and sportiv events etc.)
 Helvetize Lyria’s offer: Create a sense of identification with Lyria and capitalize on Swiss values and Swiss identity by adapting marketing and communication to Switzerland and using a Swiss voice of tone
 Developing strategic partnerships with local players: Interdiscount, Coop, Manor, Weltllasse Zurich, Verkehrsbetriebe Zürich (VBZ), ETH Zürich, EPFL, Dein Deal, Victorinox, Zweifel Chips, etc.
 Animating the market by launching tactical deals, new offers, promotions, pricing policies adapted to Swiss consumption habits
 Achieve goals set by our Stakeholders and Board of Directors in terms of traffic, turnover and average price of our routes
 Defend Lyria’s interest and negotiate with the mother companies in order to make them prioritise TGV Lyria’s main concerns (resolve technical issues or develop new tools to better address the market)
 Launch successfully New Lyria: new range of services on board and new Business class named Business 1ère
 Follow KPIs and launch decisions to support and boost market needs
