Previous Employment Details:

1) Al Nasl General Contracting LLC (January 2015 to till date.).
Position held: Project engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the construction team, coordinated with other team members to ensure progress of works as per the Contract Milestone Dates.
• Prepared, revised and updated detailed construction plans and schedule of works setting priorities where necessary; identify problematic areas and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure project personnel, equipment and project materials were always available on request.
• Maintaining proper documentation for all work and Secure the availability of technical documentations checked and reviewed before its implementation.
• Inspecting each construction activity based on ITP & CQP.
• Proper implementation of QHSE standards.
• Raise NCR for any improper work against the construction standards.
• Inspection for Scaffolding and structural works.
• Prepare snag list of each conducted inspection and approve upon proper rectification.
• Conducting construction material\'s quality inspection.
• Pre & Post checking of all concreted and concreting elements.
• Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.

• Maintaining QHSE standards
• Projects Completion as per Contract Milestone Dates or even ahead of them.
• Determining the need for material and capacity to address expected demand, executing the resulting plans and updating planning information to reflect the results.
• Controlling & checking errors, taking any corrective action so that deviations from standards will be minimum.
• On site checking, quality monitoring and Ensure the work performed is in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage Quality.
• Process request to inspect work forms and maintain record of status.
• Achieving Organization Goals.

• Reviewing Contractor\'s documents thus ensuring Contract Compliance and supervision of works.
