Previous Employment Details:

Since JUN’14: Hyundai Engineering & Construction, SARB #4, Abu Dhabi as Structural Engineer.
Key Projects Handled:
• Design & Fabrication of 37 Pipe Rack Modules for SARB 4 project Zirku.
• Design & Fabrication of 18 Process Modules for SARB 4 project Zirku.
• Blast Resistant LER – 2 Nos of LER for SARB 4 project Zirku.
Responsibilities across the Projects:
• Preparation & review of design calculation for Piperack & Process Modules using as per the Clients Feed Design details.
• Co ordination with PMC & other disciplines like Piping, Electrical, Instrument, Equipment & HSE during design stage of the Modules.
• Review of GA and Shop Drawings prepared by the Sub Contractor to meet the Design Standards.
• Review of project execution plans & planning.
• Regular site visit for checking the quality of fabrication & Civil works undergoing at shop, site and supporting site teams.
• Preparation of Material List quantity for all structures & supporting tender team.

Responsibilities across the Projects:
• Detailed design and detailing of the structure using available softwares.
• Co-ordination with other department like Architecture, MEP, Interior design and Supervision departments for proper designing, maintaining records and completion of project in time.
• Co-ordinating with Municipal officials for approval of designs.
• Supervising the drafting team for better detailing of structural elements, shop drawings and schedules.
• Co coordinating with site team & giving directions to the Site Engineers & Foreman’s for the execution of work according to approved standard & structural drawings of the Project.

FEB’10-MAR’11: Nirmaan Associates, Consulting Engineers, Karnataka, India as Structural Engineer
Responsibilities across the Projects:
• Design of the structures like Medical centers, Hostels, Guest House and other small scale government projects for public facilities.

JUN’07-AUG’08: Nirmaan Associates, Consulting Engineers, Karnataka, India as Civil Engineer
Responsibilities across the Projects:
• Supervision of Site in all respects including Labours, Materials, Machineries, Concrete, Excavation.etc which come under in the entire Project.
• Preparation of Shop Dwgs as per approved Structural Drawings from the Designer & Consultants.
• Giving Directions to the Foreman’s for Proper Execution & Schedule of Work in the Project.
• Preparing Bar Bending (Cutting List) prior to work, arranging materials needed for Formworks and Arranging Concreting to required areas.
• Preparing & Submitting BOQ’s, Estimation, cutting list and Bar bending Schedules
• Preparing weekly Reports which undergone in the Site.
• Testing of Concrete in the Site as well as in the Laboratory for desired quality requirements.
