Worked on Windows serve troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, compliance actions, OS upgrades and migrations activities. I have an understanding of both ITIL and Agile Methodology of providing IT services to clients. I have an understanding of Incident, Change and problem management activities and worked on all these areas in my work career.
