Tasked with establishing and leading a new business for the company, widening reach across South East Asia. Heading up operations and providing strategic direction with full accountability for P&L, KPI setting and achievement, long and short-term planning, product development for the Asia Pacific Market and software development and implementation. Senior level role reporting to the UK CEO and Board Members. Recruiting and managing a local workforce, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
