Short Bio:

I am a Senior Welding Inspector with certification in Welding/Coating Inspection, Radiographic Interpretation, MPI, and UT. Career Summary. I started in gas distribution (low pressure gas) as a labourer then went to college and gained my Gas Service Layer qualification. I got promoted to team leader and installed low pressure PE gas pipe. I moved on to high pressure Pipelines as an assistant Radiographer, went to college and learnt a little about electronics and became a Radiographic Crawler Technician. As a Radiographic Crawler Tech I worked on many projects onshore and offshore. I went to Blackpool & Fylde College for NDT training and gained Level 2 ASNT in UT, Radiography, MPI and LPI, worked as a Multi Disciplined Tech onshore Pipelines and offshore Pipelines. I attended courses on inspection and gaineddisciplines in Welding and Coatings. I now hold Welding/Coating Inspector with Radiographic Interpretation, MPI, UT plate in CSWIP, PCN and BGAS, I have worked as a Multi Disciplined Welding/Coating Inspector on Landlines on Stringing, Bending, Frontend, RDX, RVX, RLX, SF SS, Lower & Lay, Tie ins Coating and Backfill. I have also worked on flow lines in the desert, spoolbases, spool barges and lay barges, AGIs, Facilities, Compressor Station, Refineries and a couple of plants. I worked for OPA, locating and repairing defects on Pipelines.
