Working with teams in production in Body repair 3 teams total of 21 body technician,2 teams of paint technicians total of 10,one team in mechanical department and office staff (parts,estimating teams and customer service support team)
Managing sales,expenses and profits for all 4 auto groups to ensure maximum profitability( KPI- CSI) for the same ..
In addition working with sales and service departments to ensure that our customers are long term such as
Communicating with sales manager about potential sales ( if the car is not repairable or total loss that sales department can try to make sale of new vehicle to our customer )
Same to our Service department as up sale for warranty , maintenance required and such, in addition having service staff training to up sale Body and Paint work such as quick repair (dent and scratch program) as they have the car in service.

During the 8 years of tenure as manager(leader),implementing advanced production techniques and management practices allowed our team to set new productivity and profit records while maintaining the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction in the area.
For 4 years we were Platinum Dealer as 100% CSI ....
