Job Description:
- Attending pre-bid meetings and discussing the technical specs with the
concerned organization in order to make the necessary required
amendments.
-Making compliance sheets on MS excel of the tender quoted specs
against our own specs.
-Coordinating, preparing, and compiling technical bid submission
documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
-Monitoring and ensuring that tender submission due dates are strictly
adhered to, including the checking of technical documents.
-Installation of medical machines like Patient Monitors, Anesthesia
Machines, Defibrillators, etc., and doing PPMs (Maintenance) from time
to time of the said machines.
Making visits to different hospitals in order to fix the issues and faults when they occur in the installed machines.
