I am an MBA post graduate and have one year of experience as an administration cum customer care from KIMS ALSHIFA Super specialty hospital and 2 years of experience as an customer care consultant from MES AIMAT.
Now a days, I believe that customers are considered to be king in the market and a firm can exist in the market only when the customers are highly satisfied, we can get the satisfied customers only through providing the best quality service to them or through meeting the needs and wants of customers.
