2 Developer Eclipse, VXML Editor, XML Editor. Chrysler Financial, US wanted their 7 IVR applications to be rewritten in VXML. The project involved development of VXML applications (Both Speech and DTMF) from Scratch. Third party vendor developed the grammar. Open Source VXML Editor was used for development and VXML’s were returned from JSP pages, Integrated with MQ series and MySQL through java classes.
Responsibility: call flow design, High level and detailed level design, code development and testing.
