- Satellite Operation Engineer: acting as Satellite Operation Engineer leader, responsible for the safe operation of a fleet for Arabsat Spacecrafts
- Payload and traffic monitoring of the C, Ku and Ka-band communications services
- Maintaining all communication & operations on satellites i.e. Quality of Service (including resources, limits, tests, measurements etc.)
- Scan, monitor and measure all technical parameters of Arabsat satellites loading using available resources, and execute necessary corrective actions.
- Receiving & following up customer complaints also Resolve & troubleshot technical issue
- Member of project team for CSM & GEO-Locations system
