Professional Civil Engineer with experience and expertise in design & quality management, reviews and design of civil infrastructure utilities include stormwater, potable & fire water distribution, foul/wastewater collection & conveyance and irrigation (TSE) systems for residential, industrial, commercial and mixed use developments.

Member of core team/ decision maker and approval authority on behalf of Client. As senior wet services/infrastructure engineer in program management office (P.M.O), based in client office, represented/ representing client independently and supported/supporting in design of infrastructure systems, design technical reviews, approvals, reviews of shop drawings, sub-contract agreements, material approvals, site issues & visits and progress meetings with the consultants/contractors. Completed many prestigious projects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan.

Previously worked in PARSONS International Ltd. for Client MOH (Ministry of Housing)
and Currently Working in CH2M Hill for Client MODON (Saudi Industrial Property Authority). My Duties were/are:


 Approval authority on behalf of Client.
 Support Client in reviewing new design for infrastructure utilities include gravity & pressurized systems, pump/lift stations (For Storm Water, Potable & Fire water, Sewerage/Wastewater, Irrigation Systems).
 Value engineering and recommendations of phase-wise developments according to the available budget.
 Rehabilitation of existing cities and proposed recommendations for about 45 year old infrastructure systems.
 Review contractor’s shop drawings and prepare new shop drawings.
 Review & approvals of subcontract agreements for subcontractors.
 Material approvals for infrastructure utilities.
 Reply to technical queries (RFIs) received from site contractors before & during construction of projects.
 Attended progress meetings held with the consultants/contractors.
