Position : Sub- Engineer / Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities: As a Sub - Engineer: I was responsible to: Under the overall supervision of the Provincial Manager and the supervision of the Field Coordinator and in close coordination with the technical team, the incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
 Main highest standard of quality monitor and supervise implementation of project activities (Shelter, WASH, Infrastructure) at the field level.

CPI Unit focuses on Community Physical Infrastructure Schemes and DMPP drought mitigation and preparedness projects.
Duties & Responsibilities: As a Senior Engineer: I was responsible for the Project. Provide the all awareness of the project and after the completion of project, the people know that how to maintain the project smooth operation and maintains of the project, ensure all the policies and procedures are followed, decision making, resource allocation, organizing the resources in an effective way to bring benefit to the organization by all means.

 To get Rapid Assessment survey in flood affected area of Sub-Office Loralai.
 Provide technical feed back to the Site engineer.
 Prepare designs estimates and feasibility reports of CPI schemes and DMPP projects.
 Carryout technical surveys for construction and rehabilitation of water supply schemes.
 Preparation of design, estimates and implementation of Karez rehabilitation, rain water harvesting schemes, check dams.
