Leading construction projects of Pipelines, Process Facilities and Utilities by covering all phases including Procurement, construction, commissioning and start up phases.

Leading company fixed assets & surplus materials committee.

Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result includingfollow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.

Verify the effective implementation of the QHSE management System and its policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions in compliance with international codes, standards and system requirements.

HSE, QA/QC, Construction procedure, work instructions and ITP review, approval and performing internal audits.

Conduct project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining toprojects.

Participate in preparing the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment Study) and get final approval through Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) and public consultation sessions.

Performs work which involves conventional methods and types of plans,investigations, surveys.

Directs and supervises other engineering and construction activities as per specification and code.

Assists in the preparation of probable construction cost estimates.
Receives instructions on assignment objectives, complex features and possiblesolutions.

Issue and implement the required corrective/preventive actions required in case of actual breakdown in the system or at any potential deviation.

Quality Engineer & Process Analyst:

Develop a QA program to ensure that company's service complies with practices, policies and procedures in order to gain certification from accredited regulatory bodies.
Verify the effective implementation of the QA management System and its policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions in compliance with ISO system requirements.
Implement the requirements of the international standard ISO 17020, that addresses various types of bodies performing inspection.
Handling of new / updated company procedures.
Issue and implement the required corrective/preventive actions required in case of actual breakdown in the system or at any potential deviation.
Working at a quality improvement project which aiming to improve the current company budget process.
Working at a quality improvement project which aiming to improve the PPE quality through contacting the main suppliers.

Using the quality management tools at the analysis phase during the daily work activities such as (Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Control Charts)
Using six sigma methodology quality improvement projects through EMC processes.
Develop process improvement capability within the teams and establish appropriate measures of performance.
Servicing of various company Committees and working groups.
Participate with the top management to show the status of the Quality Management Key Performance Indicators (QMKPI)

Rotating Machinery Maintenance Engineer

Managing different types of maintenance related to rotating machines like:

a- Corrective Maintenance

b- Preventive Maintenance

c- Predictive Maintenance

Participating in the commissioning and start-up for the main work shop through inspection and testing the function of machines supplied in attendance of vendors.

Air fan coolers routine maintenance consists; greasing as Vendor Specs. and over all repair for the fan monoblock consists; check end play, check clearances, realign the monoblock with the pulley and with drive motor.
Overhauling for air coolers and repair including adjusting blades angle, repair misalignment, changing the main bearings and blades bearings.
Participating in reciprocating compressor repair and change both rider ring & piston rings.
Participating in overhauling (rotating equipment like pumps, reciprocating comp., fan coolers)
Gas turbines GE frame 7 and compressors N.P, Hitachi including the routine maintenance such as make up oil, and collect the operating data.
