• Pre-select all items they deem fittings for the project under consideration to style, quality and cost for final approval.
• Product design – custom furniture based on individual client needs.
• Supervision and preparation of CAD technical and detail drawings.
• Prepare samples and materials as well as mood boards and spec sheets.
• Responsible for making selections and decisions that are able to meet with over all timeline of the project.
• Working with estimate budgets and following up with accounts that we work within the budget.
• Space planning.
• Selection of bathroom tiles and sanitary wear.
• Creating furniture, light, ceiling and electrical layouts.
• Ensure costs are within the specified budget.
• Site supervision before and during installation.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as a supervisor to the Junior Interior Designers guiding and helping them in areas they find it difficult.
