• Manages all drilling, hauling and loading maintenance or repair activity in the open pit and underground mine operation. Represents heavy-duty maintenance office in mine operation meeting, coordinates in all aspect of mine operation and give advices or recommendations. Responsible for the inspection, erection, testing & commissioning of all mechanical, utility and plant equipment.
• Chair of Drilling Technical Committee formed by the management to investigate the downtime, failures and accomplishment of the drill rig machinery, makes recommendation and implemented it increasing the availability by 20%, utilization by 18%, rod performance by 27% and monthly tonnage drill production by 21% and also decrease the breakdown by 27%.
• In charge of drill, excavator and support equipment maintenance department budget for the year such as operating expenditures budget, physical plan and assumption for the year, fixed asset purchase for operations budget, project expenditure budget and work force budget.
• In charge of preventive (time based), predictive (condition based) and reliability centered maintenance programs of all equipment/machinery. Covers overall spare parts control and material planning for the department.
• Manages equipment/machinery such as Surface Drill Rigs (SANDVIK Pantera 1500, INGERSOLL RAND CM 780 & ATLAS COPCO DM 45), Excavators (CAT 5110B,385CL, 385CL Rammer Hammer, HITACHI ZX800),Loaders(CAT 990,988F,988G & 980G),Dump Trucks (CAT 773D,769C,769D,771C,771D,775E), Dozers (CAT D9N & D9R, D7R, D6H KOMATSU D275A), Cranes (TEREX, PPM & TADANO), Underground Drill Rigs (SANDVIK Axera 6, 7 & DD320-40 Drills), SANDVIK Supermatic Drill, ATLAS COPCO Simba M4C Drill, ATLAS COPCO Boltec Drill & NORMET Diamec Drills (252,262), NORMET Scaling Machines Scamec C2000S, NORMET Charging Machines Charmec 1610 & 6605B, SANDVIK Toro Dump Trucks (7,9,50,60,80 & 4500), Gensets (CAT3512,PERKINS,GEP150 & 110,CUMMINS)etc.

• Manages and leads all field and workshop personnel in different mechanical works like repair and maintenance, rehabilitation, field and inspection works of heavy machinery such as trailer trucks, dump trucks, open pit and underground trucks & loaders, crawler cranes, rough terrain crane, man lift, crawler crane, hydraulic excavators, mobile excavators, motor graders, forklifts, generators, tanker trucks, mixer trucks, vibratory rollers, air compressors, loader backhoes, bulldozers, tower crane, light vehicles etc.
• Established the workshop and field service department procedures, scheduling, planning, warehousing and tools or parts management. Investigate and conduct RCA on equipment failures and difficulties, diagnose faults and problems and make recommendation to the upper management.
• Sent to China by head office management to conduct inspection/evaluation and make recommendation of all heavy machinery and spare parts recently purchased at Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co. Ltd.and Dong Feng Motors Co. at Guangxi Province, Liuzhou City.
• Make direct purchase base on authorized purchase orders of fast moving, critical maintenance and repair parts or stocks locally and internationally, whether air or sea order and thru DHL, TNT etc., and coordinate directly to the supplier/dealer and shipping or logistic provider.
• Leads engineering personnel in fabrication, repairs and overhauling of engine system( Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Mercedes Benz, Caterpillar etc.), transmission system(ZF), differential system, torque converter, brake, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical system etc. of different mine and heavy machinery in workshop and field areas.

• Monitors, checks and lead all base shop personnel in every mechanical work assignment such as preventive maintenance, rehabilitation, field and interim repairs of all equipment and machinery (Crushing plant, loaders, road graders, truck mounted cranes, crawler crane, rough terrain crane, drill rigs, excavators, dump trucks, forklifts, road rollers, compressors, generators, pumps, etc.)
• Submits monthly Inspection Report, Direct Cost Report, Equipment Field Service Repair Report, Rehabilitation Accomplishment Report, Work Order Report and Interim Repair Report.
• Responsible for all techno-commercial activities pertaining to the projects and make recommendation or analysis. Achieved an inventory of spares is being maintained less than of 0.25% of total value.
• Implemented the Standardization and Localization of spares, thereby cost reduction of 30%.
• Do hands on repair, maintenance, overhauling jobs in field and project site works such as engine repair, tune up and overhauling, diagnosing and trouble shooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.
  

• Cooperates with project manager, engineers, staff and foreman in studying and evaluating of plans, designs, variations, specifications/dimensions of projects such as ( roads & highways, bridge, school buildings, port etc.) with compliance to the standard and customer requirements.

• In-charge of equipment/machineries ( crawler cranes, truck mounted cranes, rough terrain cranes, bulldozers, pay loaders, graders, excavators, tug boats, barges, dump trucks, generators, compressors, road rollers etc.). Supervise repair/ preventive maintenance, inspection and testing of all machinery/equipment.
• Responsible for finalizing the Technical Specifications of the entire project related equipment and other construction activities. Conducts monitoring, planning, cost control, estimation and budgeting of all equipment/machinery activity in the workshops and project sites.

• Supervises Insulation, Filter Aid and Crushing Plant personnel in every work load/activities to meet the schedule, quantity and quality of finished products (INSULATION and FILTER AIDS)
•  Developed and designed a dust collector by adding a silencer to fight dust and noise pollution which improve the production process.
•  Redesigned a plant layout for the shipping department, manages stock levels, store up keeping and make decision about stock and production control.
• As a core member of 5’S and ISOO 1900 activities, implements energy conservation, resource recycling, waste management, pollution monitoring, environmental compliance and document preparation and control. Coordinates quality control and shipping section regarding QC methods and activities to meet the quality targets and specific deadline of deliveries to valued customers.
• Performs maintenance and repair works of plant facilities/equipment such as generators, air compressors, bagging system, electronic scale system, conveyors, crushers, screeners, milling machines, forklifts, loaders, dump trucks etc.
