Post administration for the primary FEED/EPCM contracts, one in the UK and the other in Kazakhstan; value exceeding $1 Bn

Post administration of numerous construction contracts for the early works phase of the project including railroad, warehousing, concrete batch plant and several civil survey; total value approximately $200 Mn

Post administration for turn-around and multi-well pad contracts for achieving rig ready status; value currently $60 Mn; Provide leadership and training for ProCon as a super user – contract risk management software

Project (Nigeria, Benin, Togo & Ghana) EPC

Responsible all phases of construction subcontracts in connection with the Project encompassing large bore onshore pipelines, laterals, link lines, compressor station along with 5 metering & regulating stations
