WORK EXPERIENCE

02 January 2015–Present

Head of Business Development

Transitioning into a BizDev role was the more biological and natural development for my career as once again identified by Testronic and myself as, for the past few years, I have been covering such duties anyway.

As Head of Business Development for Testronic I am responsible for the whole European market and am responsible for both managing currently existing accounts and finding new prospects to develop even further Testronic’s client portfolio.

02 January 2013–Present Client Relations Manager
Testronic, Warsaw (Poland)
In 2013 I eventually moved into a more client management position with Sales responsibilities as well.
Together with Testronic we have identified that the most natural development for myself would have been a more client-caring role as this is what I’ve done best in the past 5 years: starting, developing and bringing to a consolidated relationship any client whom I’ve worked with.
Among my clients I can boast the most powerful game Publishers and Developers in the Games Industry (Rovio, Activision, Riot Games, Deepsilver, PKR…). With most of them I managed to develop the original mere business relationship into almost friendship.
My daily duties did not change drastically in this new post, but I have moved away from Operations quite significantly which can be translated into a more global knowledge of the way Testing is carried on and an intensification of clients care.
In other words I am more involved in all aspects involving client managing, from Finance to mutual visits, from Scheduling to Operations organisation.

Duties:
– Ownership of all Functionality game testing activities in the Poland office
– People management
– Organize office operations and procedures
– Design and implement office policies
– Establish standards and procedures
– Carrying out performance evaluations and setting objectives for testing staff
– Interviewing and recruiting testing staff, team leaders and coordinators
– Account management
– Ensure project delivery quality on project level
– Maintaining overview and ownership of assigned projects
– Monitoring quality and progression of testing and reporting on it internally and externally
– Identifying and flagging schedule and/or submission risks to client
– Point of escalation for all Clients
– Off-site and on-site visits
– Clients Spend Report creation
– Monthly and Annual Client finance Reports
– Accommodation of Client requests
– QA Testing Risks evaluation – Client budget control

02 January 2012–02 January 2013 Games Operations Manager
Testronic, Warsaw (Poland)
As an Operations Manager I am responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, this includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
Also, as a Project Manager, I function as a liaison between the client and our test teams during my project management duties, communicating assignments and questions and returning their results and answers in both directions. My role is to be aware of all that goes on the client’s side, the developer side and our side. Based on this I maintain a constant overview needed to ensure the structure and focus of the testing to keep the QA in sync with the rest of the development cycle.
