Duties & Responsibilities:

Update Weekly/Monthly the EPCIC level 3 schedule through primavera (P6 v15.1) on Topside Process/Utilities payment milestone, engineering and procurement including progress, loaded manhours, costs, actual dates and duration. Integrate the Consortium Hull Construction into master schedule. Adjust total floats, lag and change logic if necessary to align activities based on baseline schedule.

Develop Level 4 Onshore Construction Commissioning Schedule Non-energized and Offshore Energized Commissioning by P&ID sub system including milestones and task dependent activities such as vessel internals, catalyst loading, loop check, function test, motor solo run/alignment, mecha run-in, filling. degreasing, passivation, system recirculation, tightness test, inerting, pre/final-drying, launching, RFSA, RFSU, towing, sea trial, umbilical riser, turret and mooring hookup, fuel gas in, LNG import, liquefaction pre/final cooldown, N2 compressor tie-in test, 1st LNG drop, ramp up operation, fine tuning and performance test and PA/FA.

Conduct site walkdown for physical progress check on topside block fabrication such as node girder(primary, secondary and tertiary steel) fitup, assembly, pre-outfitting, deck setting, modularization, module lifting and integration. Monitor hull block heavy lifting activities in dry/floating dock such as aft/fwd machinery space, cargo hold, double bottom ballast tanks and accommodation area.

Identify types of gases from P&ID marked up by sub-system whether hydrocarbons or cryogenic system as required for commissioning inerting and drying such as raw, feed, fuel, treated, dried, defrost and flash gas as well as LPG/LNG. Familiar with utilities and process equipment both onshore and offshore facilities including Inlet, Condensate, Mercury Removal, AGRU(BASF Licensor), Dehydration, HHC, Liquifaction(APCI licensor), BOG, End Flash and Flare Systems.

Prepare power point slide progress narrative/s-curve and present during townhall meeting. Review and comments weekly/monthly progress report. Write MOM.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Update Weekly/Monthly Physical Progress through Primavera (P6) software by importing the Actual Progress Input(API) data excel file provided by Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation Discipline and Sub-Contractors including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up . Align current schedule based on baseline by adjusting duration and lagging relationship.

Develop the change order plan schedule based on work package with a total cost of US$30M and integrate into master schedule including WBS/Activities, resource loading/levelling by costs, relationship lags and duration.

Develop the physical and weighted project progress status table excel file using plan data from p6 including Manpower Histogram, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Overall Progress S-Curves and update weekly the current figures for billing reports submittal.

Develop the Delay Analysis table excel file on procurement and construction activities using extracted data from P6 and update in weekly manner and make sure that critical activities have been addressed during weekly construction/control meeting.

Revise schedule in P6 together with the progress status table and s-curves plan data and all attachment required for weekly/monthly reports.

Attend video conference from head office on engineering and procurement issues as well as construction and control meeting at site and review /actions on items in the MOM related to planning and scheduling, progress status and weekly/monthly reports.

Control/supervise one document controller for 155 pages weekly/monthly progress reports preparation and submittals to Aramco and Penspen PMT. Monitor manpower/equipment daily reports and quantity progress output. Generate 3-week/month look ahead schedule and Critical Path/Activity and turn over the printouts to Project and Construction Manager.
