PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

HEAD OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT AND PRICING AT NTV – ITALO, ROME

First private high-speed railway company. Operations started on April 12.

Reporting to the CCO. I’m in charge of defining the Revenue Management strategy in order to identify the positioning of each route to set an specific strategy, market segmentation, price positioning, distribution strategy and a proper monitoring to look for new opportunities.

I’m also in charge of the internal procedures, the Revenue Management System and IT developments, organization, team structure and training programs.

I split the annual budget to define the monthly/daily targets of each analyst’s portfolio in order to detect unexpected trends to react in short term.

I assist to the weekly Commercial Committee with the CEO, with high cross departmental collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Points of Sales (POS), Network and Scheduling.

My area is currently made up of 15 professionals with different seniorities, covering Inventory, Pricing, Procedures and Technical System. We manage 76 routes with 9 million passengers a year, reaching in the first four years the successfully 24% of market share.

2015 figures shows +50 milions ebitdar and +10% incomes vs budget.

REGIONAL REVENUE MANAGER AT SPANAIR, BARCELONA

Former 2nd largest Spanish airline company and StarAlliance member

Leading a team of three analysts I was in charge of the International routes and 17 new routes identified as the core network in the company development plan. 30% of the total income of the network.

Responsible for reaching the budget of my area and reporting to the Head of Revenue Management. Working together with several departments to improve the incomes, mainly with the Route Management, Marketing and Sales departments to optimize the schedule and to design promotions by route, point of sales and seasonality.

In charge of a portfolio with 900 domestic departures by month. 70 millions € a year in yield management actions based on the trend demand analysis, seasonality and strategic pricing towards the competition.
