Heading and coaching all aspects of the operations (Sales, Service, Parts, suppliers, etc.) my main responsibilities were:

P&L for the entire operation.

Drive sales and customer relationships to grow revenue, and monitoring expenses in order to minimize the operation cost.

Oversee, negotiate and maintain the supplier’s relationship

Build contacts and knowledge across the construction industry to identify business opportunities.

Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate ExportTrader.com sales goals and objectives. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, and call on customers in an effort to develop new business.

Work with General Manager (USA) & CEO (Canada) in planning sales and promotions. Establish sales objectives by directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals to increase ExportTrader.com business.

Analyze sales statistics and prepare periodic sales reports to the General Manager showing sales activities, volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Monitor costs, supply and demand, and analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and the competition.

Represent ExportTrader.com at trade association meetings and deliver sales presentations to key clients. Maintain customer relationships by addressing dealer problems and concerns.

Organize seminars in different countries to introduce our Manheim Export Trader services and educate/ train the customers about the proper way of using them.
