Main Responsibilities

 Work directly to C/A Technical Manager, Responsible in preparation of staff works such as Shop drawing//Detailing, MEP Coordination.

 Reviewing Project Specification/ BOQ/ Contract Document/Design Drawing and create / Generate Request for Information (RFI) to the Client for any discrepancies
between Drawings and contract.

 Contact Manufacturer/ Supplier, Sub-contractor prepare Inquiry Package for supply and Installation.

 Attend Client Meeting / Sub Discipline Coordination in order to resolve any conflict arising on Drawings and site. Attend Seminars and Product Orientation as required.

 Assist new staff members to be more familiar with the Projects and software related works.

 Able to Create/ Generate Standard Matrixes as required.

 Maintain good relationship/coordination to International Project Designer and coordinator like SOM, Gensler, Perkins_Will, & Callison
