 Prepared conceptual drawings and presentation drawings for various residential and non- residential projects using passive design strategies.

 Prepared planning drawings and detailed working drawings for various residential and commercial projects based in India.

 Consulted with MEP engineers, site managers and clients for execution and progress of projects.

 Worked on projects which were to be LEED, IGBC certified.

 Represented the firm at an exhibition held in Mumbai, India.

 

2010 (August – December) Intern Architect, Kothari and Associates, Kolkata, India

 Prepared detailed working drawings for educational buildings, museums and residential projects.

 Assisted senior architects on site supervision for various ongoing projects to inspect the work and interact with contractors and workmen on site.

 Relevant Modules: Post Occupancy Evaluation; Building energy modelling software training, PassivHaus and Low Carbon Design strategies; Renewable Energy assessment for design projects; knowledge about environmental assessment of buildings (BREEAM, LEED, CSH); and passive design strategies.

 Post Occupancy Evaluation: Performed POE of one of the office building in Oxford Brookes University and suggested design strategies to improve the efficiency and indoor air quality of the building.

 Dissertation: Sustainable features of new homes that attract the potential buyers was presented in NCEUB people and building conference, 2015, London, UK.
