• Leads Safety activity on behalf of IA Operations HSE team
• Supports the HSE Management system development
• Coordination role with Training Team
• To provide assurance on Prevention/Safety matters by participating in audits and inspections.
• To Lead and/or provide technical guidance and assistance to Accident/Incident Investigation Teams, ensuring suitable action follow up.
• To Coach, Mentor and Develop HSE Engineers for future supervisory role
• Assist in Emergency response plan reviews and emergency response exercises organization
• Manage the selection, maintenance, inspection and control of specialist PPE
• Attends MoC meetings with other Technical Authorities and provide HSE Input on behalf of HSE Division.
• To assist in development of the Weekly HSE Meeting Schedule and Meeting Presentations

• Responsible for coordination of all TAR HSE activities during all assurance process phases.
• Develop TAR HSE Plan and ensure that all TAR activities are covered in IA Ops HSE Procedures.
• Develop HSE Training Program.
• Develop HSE Risk Matrix include mitigation actions.
• Ensure that the IA Ops Control of Work Standard and IA PTW System Procedure are followed during the TAR.
• Supervising HSE matters during the execution phase, and providing guidance and assistance to Emergency Response Teams and Plans.
• Collecting HSE data regarding input and output and to measuring performances.
• Ensure Risk Assessments are prepared for each Work-Pack and Task.

• Responsible for coordination of all the TAR HSE activities,
• Develop tar HSE program and ensure that all TAR activities are covered in IA HSE procedures or specific TAR procedures,
• Develop HSE training program,
• Develop HSE Risk-matrix include mitigation actions,
• Ensure IA PTW system is followed in the TAR,
• Supervising HSE matters during the execution phase and give assessment of all emergency response team and plans,
• Collecting HSE data regarding input and output and to measure performances,
• Risk assessment for each task accompanied by a briefing and open talking process.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the HSE Management System;
• Lead and carry out technical and general HSE audits & inspections;
• Ensure the application of/and compliance with IA HSE Policies and Procedures.
• Team leader in different investigation,
• Conduct and contribute to different risk assessment.
• HSE Trainer.

• Supervising different projects  and insuring the interim of the service,
• Participating in technical and commercial evaluation of different biding

• Supervising different construction projects,
• In charge of multi-disciplinary team (50 personnel)
