  • Analysis of urban context, site and provide basic analytical studies to the different project’s parameter using software like Ecotect and GIS.
  • Programming and area tabulations, following international codes (IBC standard, Saudi and Egyptian Standards) and zoning criteria.
  • Synchronizing with the Engineers using BIM Technology to manage interface issues with other trades during review of design development drawing and shop drawing.
  • Preparing loan pitch presentations and sales packages and marketing material along with contractual annex using Photoshop and InDesign.
