I have more than 10 years experience in NDT division. I have PCN Level III in UT and also having good experience in Advanced NDT (TOFD, PA, Tube Inspection, MFL Tank Floor Inspection). I have good knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas division.
SYNOPSIS
A result oriented professional with 11 years of rich & comprehensive experience in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality control & Commissioning, Maintenance & Operations including 9 years of experience in oil field.
Hands on experience in using NDT Methodology, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – PCN 3.1, 3.2, 3.8 & 3.9, Radiography Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Tank Floor Inspection – Bottom Plate (MFL), TOFD, PA & Tube Inspection – MFL, RFT, ECT & IRIS.
Proficient in setting up and calibrating equipment, conducting tests, evaluating, interpreting, reporting, and documenting results in accordance to applicable codes, specifications, and standards.
Excellent planning, analytical & troubleshooting skills with proven ability in driving numerous quality enhancement, process improvement and cost savings initiatives during the career span.
