• Managed quality activities (Part, process and Product inspection) of Tractor Structure & Bonnet Assembly of Sonalika- 90&120 HP Heavy Duty Model.

• Define incoming material, In-process inspection and Final Inspection characteristic to meet the Sonalika Standard.

• Prepare Process Control Sheets and process validation plan & reports of MIG and Spot Welding.

• Prepare Initial Supply Agreement – PFMEA, Process Flow diagrams, Control Plan, Tooling Validation and Packaging standard for the components.
