Working alongside with client representatives, structural & MEP engineers in the planning, design and construction of buildings starting from the conceptual phase, through design development up until tendering and start of construction.

Responsibilities:

• Issuing drawings for permit, tender & construction stages.

• 3D modeling & rendering using various 3D visualization applications to interpret the design & concept to the client

• Preparing required technical drawings and specs for suppliers and coordinating with them to choose the best match according to the design.

• Preparing client presentations, submissions & design proposals

• Identifying the client’s requirements and attending meetings on site.

• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines and making sure client’s priorities are met.
