My responsibilities in this period concentrate preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of control valves, mechanical valve, safety valve skilled in installation pre-commissioning calibration and maintenance of all kind of mechanical equipment’s in oil & gas fields. Well reserved in pressure relief valves, safety valves, and pilot operated valves, mechanical valves and control valves and valve actuators. And wellhead equipment’s like BOP, x mas -trees, manifolds. Gear boxes, Exchangers (plate and tube), mechanical equipment’s etc.

Technical Proficiency

 Control valves : supervision / overhauling , pressure testing and calibration of different types of control valves , coupling and decoupling , bench setting , lapping for contacting surfaces , internal parts inspection , actuator assembly ( piston / diaphragm type ) assembly and testing of body joints and seat test as per standard .experienced in Fisher , Masoneilan , Kitz, Valtec , flow serve , Argus , Nuovo pignone .

 Mechanical valves: Supervision / carry out valves overhauling and online trouble shooting activities. Ball , plug , gate , butterfly , check and Globe valves servicing , internal inspection , spare replacement , lapping of contact surfaces , replacing of gland packings and gaskets , suitable for services . Assembly and testing for low pressure and high pressure valves. (Seats and body test) as per standard.

 Well head valves (API) : carry out manifolds and x mas trees overhauling and testing , (high pressure pneumatic and hydraulic test ) doing annular and Ram Bop s , dismantling , internal inspection , make proper inspection report, check seals and replace new spares , assembly and testing . Well head greasing. Etc.……

 Online activities: carry out site surveys, online control valves calibration, safety valves online testing ( online prevent test or Insitu test using ventil hydraulic pump unit Ltc). Mechanical valves online trouble shoot like Rectify gland leak , rectify bonnet leak , rectify valves hard to operate , carryout online ball valves up to size 4” to 56 ” valves greasing using seal weld grease ( valve cleaner , valve sealant 911, 5050 X,5050XX Heavy duty ) and pump ACTIV 8 . Carry out AUDCO plug valves grease injecting, Doing Rotork motor operated actuators online calibration, oil replacing, battery replacing .well head greasing
