 Played an active role in the development and roll out of The Africa Business Strategy for the largest Rail Transportation Company in South Africa. Was responsible for the collection of business insights in 18 African states. This involved desktop research as well as engaging with industry experts and Government officials in the shortlisted countries.

 Was responsible for producing one of the key deliverables; a database containing over 1000 entities of information that was uploaded onto the clients Business Intelligence software to assist the organisation with their “doing business in Africa” growth initiatives.

 Public Entity Transformation

 The objective of the project was to provide assistance to the National Skills Fund – (“NSF”) to transform into a fully-fledged Schedule 3A Public Entity.

 Responsibilities included: Defining the as-is business model, gathering business requirement, communicating and improving the key requirements, principles and models that describe the NSF’s future state, setting up the enterprise architecture model in ARIS BPM software.
