• Responsible for implementing Variation Management/Process Control at ten key F-35, C-130, and F-16 suppliers
• Developed workshop and training material to teach Variation Management to SQEs and suppliers
• Supported suppliers in development of an APQP or a Variation Management Plan

• Facilitated Lean Six Sigma (LSS) events across the entire Lockheed Martin Corporation
• Participated in the development of LSS Black Belt, Green Belt, and Affordability training material
• Supported the corporate LSS Subject Matter Experts and Business Areas in implementing continuous improvement activities that were sustainable and positively impacted culture change

• Assisted in the management of a strategically critical supplier facility transition and second source activity that resulted in over $2M in cost savings and avoidance
• Captured and documented over $8M of savings for the Fire Control Line of Business
• Monitored and analyzed supplier performance to proactively recommend potential suppliers that could benefit from a joint supplier/LM continuous improvement or corrective action event
• Developed supplier related metrics and provided status to assist Fire Control Programs in managing the supply chain

• Coordinated with Procurement and Operations Management to determine appropriate time-phased plans for over 500 procured parts to the production facility
• Executed and tracked Purchase Orders through the procurement process to ensure material arrived on schedule to meet production  requirements, which resulted in zero procurement caused delays in production
• Managed risk of long lead material and material returned to vendor for repair
• Monitored usage, tracked shelf life, and initiated purchase requirements for consumable bulk material

• Held financial responsibility for Technical Operations on ten contracts with Earned Value (EV) requirements for the Joint Air-to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Program
• Maintained detailed records and continuously updated the JASSM Lot 7 Control Account Management (CAM) Notebook to meet all customer EV requirements, which led to a successful Initial Baseline Review (IBR) and audit
• Worked contracts through every stage, from proposal bid through closeout, by inputting proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs), setting budgets, tracking expenditures, and reporting results

• Participated in the Field Retrofits, implementing corrective action on fielded JASSM missiles around the World
• Gained hands-on experience with the JASSM product and interfaced with the Air Force military officers and airmen

• Performed on a team of internal consultants for Warner Bros. Studio Facilities (WBSF)
• Served as the liaison between WBSF Business Units and Management, by determining department needs, researching and developing solutions, and proposing recommendations to Management

• Researched news, produced articles, created weekly reports and biweekly news briefs, and continuously updated the New Energy Finance online desktop, while gaining knowledge of the international business environment
