• Achieve the minimum experience required to work on offshore drilling rigs;

• Working in a safe manner in accordance with the procedures and management systems;

• Regular inspection of the crane, wire and cargo gear;

• Assist the Crane Operator and the Marine Section Leader in maintaining accurate logs of all lifting gear;

• Assist the Crane Operator in supervising and assisting the deck crew (roustabouts and assistant roustabouts) during loading/unloading operations, pipe handling jobs, various maintenance works, cleaning of all deck areas, etc.
