I have gained an excellent experience with Deloitte. I am responsible for managing part of the team and reporting directly to the manager, directors and partners.

I have built a good relationship with multinational clients and currently with a direct contact with principals and partners. I have chosen as the best participant after getting a course with Deloitte in Dubai where most of the Middle East offices participated.

Key Responsibilities:

 Planning the audit using the Risk Based Approach

 Leading the engagement team with daily update and guidance.

 Allocating staff members into the engagement efficiently and effectively.

 Monitoring the actual hours spent on each engagement and benchmarking it with the budgeted hours.

 Responsible for reviewing the work done

I have also managed the engagement staff to provide Deloitte’s quality of service and in accordance with Deloitte approach. This led to an efficient and effective audit where the engagements have been successfully performed within and less than the budgeted time.
