Having been promoted after three months, I identified further commercial opportunities, designing a new product range of military accessories, after completing market research, cost and profit analysis. I trained new and existing staff in tailoring and dressmaking skills, ensuring that tight deadlines are met and a high standard of work is achieved. I prioritise work and take a flexible approach to my own working hours when extra time is required. I communicate clearly and confidently to a diverse range of clients, customers and staff.

My main role was to protect bathers in the pool surroundings and ensure a smooth running of the leisure centre with my team. I hosted children’s birthday parties, promoting good behaviour and complience of centre rules, making sure everyone was safe whilst having a great time.
